I'm normally not one for posting journal entries, but I was browsing through some of the popular deviations today and decided to take a look at some of the artist's galleries when I noticed the vast improvements most people have made over the years of their artwork. So I became curious about my own improvements. I've never been able to get over my insecurity of believing my artwork is... well, for lack of a better word, "bad". But after comparing my most recent submissions to my first submissions, I can actually see the improvements I have made. Granted, I still think some of my "mid-way" pieces are some of the best I have ever done (after looking back at them), but in terms of my forum sigs, I have come a long way. Realizing this, I have gradually begun to feel proud of my work, though I know I can always improve even more. So to any visitors that happen across my page, your comments and critiques are welcome. I have so many unfinished pieces that I hope to present, but wish not to be repetitive in style, and as such am out of creative ideas at the moment. Links to any good tutorials are also welcome.
